Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services offered by Back2Work Equipment.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, visiting our location, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Consignment Services

  1. Authorization to Sell: When you consign equipment with us, you authorize Back2Work Equipment to sell your equipment on your behalf.
  2. Equipment Condition: All equipment is accepted and sold in "as-is" condition unless otherwise specified in writing.
  3. Rental Option: Consignors may authorize rental of their equipment while on consignment, with revenue being shared between Back2Work Equipment and the consignor.
  4. Trade Option: Consignors may authorize consideration of trade offers for their equipment.

3. Rental Services

  1. Equipment Condition: Renters acknowledge that equipment is in good working condition at the time of rental.
  2. Responsibility: Renters assume full responsibility for any loss, damage, or repairs required during the rental period.
  3. Fuel & Cleaning: Equipment must be returned with the same fuel level and in clean condition.

4. Trade Terms & Conditions

  1. Final Transaction: All trades are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.
  2. As-Is Condition: Back2Work Equipment is not responsible for any defects, damages, or disputes regarding either traded item.
  3. Equipment Inspection: We do not inspect, guarantee, or warrant the functionality, safety, or condition of any equipment involved in trades.

5. Limitation of Liability

Back2Work Equipment is not responsible for loss or damage to equipment while in our possession except in cases of gross negligence. Insurance coverage for consigned equipment remains the owner's responsibility.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
